Network Solutions incompetence as a domain name registrar. (Do not use them.)

So... I have a problem in that even though I've changed the address of one of my domain's nameservers, the domain name registrar is still having a bad 'Glue Record' published.

Some Googling reveals that this has been a problem with Network Solutions for years. At one point in time, there was a section of their website you could go to to fix bad glue records. That section is no longer there.

"Oh well," I think. "I guess I'll have to open a support request and have them fix it." I take the time to write up a correct support request, including samples of the correct data coming from my server, and the incorrect data coming from their servers. I then hit send.

I am then rewarded with a bunch of boilerplate copy-pasted text [stuffed with Microsoft Office 'smart tags' in the HTML] from 'Ramelijan001' in Manila.
