Thursday's run went fantastic, but by the end of the day, I started to notice a pain in my foot (metatarsal?), so I'm going to have to switch to biking/swimming until it feels better. Put in 10 laps this morning, which reminded me how difficult swimming can be. If the foot doesn't feel better by late this evening, I'm going to have to cancel on mackys on hiking Grays and Torreys too. Hell and damn. C'est la vie.
