You're about to enter the dry sauna at the gym (In the common pool area). What is the proper attire?
Same clothing you'd wear for a dip in the pool or hot tub.
Fully clothed (even shoes).
... the reason I ask is that I'm trying to figure out if it's just a Broomfield thing . . . this Sunday afternoon, I was in Broomfield so I swung by that gym to do some cardio, and since I had free afternoon time, I swam some laps (Which I am sucking at!) and spent time baking in the hot sauna ...
... I'm sitting there in my swim trunks, and during the time I was there, THREE individuals (two guys, one girl) came through there, separately, wearing their full in-the-gym clothes. Two with SHOES. (what)
The first dry saunas I encountered were gender-separate ones, and you parked yourself in there butt-nekkid, or maybe put down a towel so you didn't lean back on a hot metal nail in the wood boards. ... so are Broomfield folks just freaks?
