Well, this hasn't been the greatest first week, I actually haven't been to the gym once. I'm starting out tomorrow morning with a run, and will proceed from there. Got the workout plan printed out, and have been trying to eat 6meals/day. I'm also going to take some measurements before bed this evening, (waistline, body fat, weight, kg of fat left to burn before goal [10%])
If you've got any recommendations for about how many calories I should be shooting for per day I'd appreciate it.
